Two Tier Minimum Wage

Let me say that I do not support in any manner this proposal being floated around for a two tier minimum wage. The minimum wage is there to protect the most vulnerable in society and we cannot have two classes of workers. There are a number of government programs to assist in the hiring and training of newer employees, especially in the non-service sectors.
The Ghiz government deserves a lot of praise in raising the minimum wage several times over the past couple of years and in my opinion, it should go to $10.00/hour over the next couple of years.
